Different games are trained and competed in within the school. The school sports complex has facilities to ensure that a variety of games are played. These include football. Volleyball, basketball, netball, swimming, athletics to mention but a few.
Children’s participation in sports at an early age works to develop their physique, cognitive skills, social relationships thus identifying and tapping into the different talents these children may have.
Music, Dance & Drama
Matuwa Junior School encourages and promotes art culture in a vibrant and inclusive manner. Our students are creative and talented in music, dance and drama.
Our Musice Dance and Drama department help learners to acquire skills and creatively express themselves and their emotions through a variety of types of school and outside competitions, while learning to appreciate their uniqueness and value as individuals.
